Personal information is provided directly by you. Your personal information is processed in ordered to allow you to create an account and access the Fen-X platform.

What we do with the information we have

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you access to Fen-X. Your personal data may be shared with your employer.

How we store your information

Your personal data is securely stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform located in Ireland. We keep your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected. We will then dispose of your information by permanent deletion from the system. See your employers Data Retention Policy for further information on retention periods.

In addition to upholding the data protection principles, Fenergo will ensure that data subject rights are protected as set out within the GDPR.
